We opened our doors at 559 W. Cordova Road on February 23…and now we’ve opened a satellite Sup (ie: a mini Sup) at the hospital in the Medical/Dental building (465 St. Michael’s Drive). We’re serving the same great food—soup, sandwiches, bread, dessert & coffee—on weekdays (10:30 a.m.-3 p.m.). Better yet, hospital employees can pay for their Sup meals and snacks with their employee debit cards. But you don’t have to be a hospital employee to stop in to Sup. Anyone in the surrounding medical community and the surrounding neighborhoods can stop in to pick up the same great Sup food that we serve in our flagship location at 559 W. Cordova.

COOK WITH A CHEF!

Sup’s Executive Chef, Anthony Damiano, is now teaching culinary classes at Santa Fe Community College. Check out the classes he’s teaching this fall…but be sure to sign up soon because his summer classes sold out FAST! Stay tuned for more of his culinary classes …

Saturday, Sept. 29 (10 a.m.-3 pm.)—“Cucina Nostalgiea” @ Santa Fe Community College

Great grandmother’s kitchen (cucina) is the source of these dishes. The recipes are from the turn of the last century (early 1900s), including chicken, roasted  peppers, escargot and more. This class will learn a variety of Italian recipes from Executive Chef Anthony Damiano, who has been featured on The Food Network. Mangia with the chef! (Course #CK355 01/CRN 21501) http://www.sfcc.edu/continuing_education

Saturday, Oct. 13 (10 a.m.-3 p.m.)—“The Cuisine of Tuscany” @ Santa Fe Community College (Course #CK354 01/CRN 21502)

Explore the robust flavors of Tuscan Foods. The cuisine of the sun features dishes that have made the region a gastronomic destination. Learn the secrets of Bolognese sauces, osso bucco and rissoto. Mangiea! http://www.sfcc.edu/continuing_education

Saturday, Oct. 27 (10 a.m.-3 p.m.)—”7 Ingredients or Less” @ Santa Fe Community College (Course #CK365 01/CRN 21503)
In today’s economy, this course is mandatory for anyone on a budget. The recipes are smart and no-nonsene—no hunting down exotic ingredients that are used once and then put away on a shelf. These recipes were developed for Chef Anthony Damiano’s ongoing TV cooking show in South Florida…so they can be made quickly in about 20 minutes. While these recipes lack laborious techniques, they don’t lack in flavor. Chef Damiano is the only certified master chef in New Mexico.
Saturday, Nov. 3 (10 a.m.-3 p.m.)—”The Best of Soup” @ Santa Fe Community College (Course #CK333 01/CRN 20955)
Soups occupy an important place in all major European cooking traditions. Be in with simple stocks and then learn how to make a variety of hot and cold soups that will get any meal off to a good start. The soups made in this class are dependent on the seasonal availability of fresh ingredients. Anthony Damiano is the Executive Chef and COO at Sup, Santa Fe’s first fast-casual eatery located at the corner of St. Francis and Cordova Road. Chef Anthony also instructed at Le Cordon Bleu’s culinary institute in Scottsdale, AZ.
